Our team is equipped to care for pediatric, adult, and elderly patients with urgent and emergent medical needs, offering timely evaluation, treatment, and stabilization in a community-based setting.

The Emergency Department at Dayton General Hospital is open 24 hours a day to meet the emergency care needs of our community.

We are a Level V Trauma Facility with additional capabilities including:

  • Level III Stroke Center designation
  • Level II Cardiac Center designation
