We are pleased to announce that, due to the widespread success of vaccinations, effective medical treatments, and the dedicated efforts of countless Washingtonians, Governor Inslee officially terminated the State of Emergency concerning COVID-19 as of November 1, 2022.

Key Details to Note:

This termination authorizes the Columbia County Public Hospital District Board of Commissioners to resume conducting regular and special meetings in person.
Beginning with the District’s regular meeting on November 29, 2022, all meetings conducted by the District that are subject to the Open Public Meetings Act, RCW 43.06, will be held in person.
There will still be an option to attend these meetings virtually through Microsoft Teams for those who prefer or require it.
