Much of the procedure/item description and coding information contained in the Chargemaster is copyrighted by the American Medical Association and the American Hospital Association. This includes items such as CPT and UB-04 codes.
Before accessing the Chargemaster, please read and accept an agreement to abide by the copyright rules regarding the information you find therein. If you choose not to accept the agreement, you will find access is not workable for you.
