Columbia Family Clinic is a full service family practice clinic staffed with qualified physicians and physicians' assistants. Conveniently located adjacent to Dayton General Hospital so X-Ray or lab services are just a few steps away. Staffed by Dr. Andrew Park, MD; Gwynn Neace, DO (Pediatrician); Wayne Pollard, MSW, LICSW; and Kim Emery, Pa-C as well as a supporting staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Medical Assistants.

Columbia Family Clinic is an integrated clinic offering behavior health services alongside traditional family practice services. Integration and care coordination deliver a higher level of care with you at the center.  We have a team approach to your care and adjust to your healthcare needs proactively.

Hours of operations are  Monday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Tuesday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm; located at 1012 S. 3rd Street, Dayton, WA 99328. Call for appointments: 509.382.3200.

Dayton General Hospital was established in 1960 with the vision and mission of providing high quality healthcare to the local communities. We are a Public Hospital District with Critical Access Hospital, Level V Trauma Center, and Level III Cardiac and Stroke Center designations. Our primary service areas include Dayton, Waitsburg, Starbuck, and surrounding areas. More commonly known as Columbia County Health System, we are comprised of Columbia Family Clinic, Waitsburg Clinic, Booker Rest Home, and Dayton General Hospital. Our Rural Health Clinics are here for primary care and behavior health needs 6 days a week. We are staffed with 3 primary care medical doctors, a board certified emergency medicine doctor, a board certified pediatrician, and 3 mid-level family practice providers.  Our Emergency Department is staffed with our employed providers as well as partner physicians.
